Low sodium white fused alumina using high-quality low-sodium alumina, by the sodium removal process in the before and during arc furnace smelting process, and melting above 2000 in the electric arc furnace and cooling, the sodium(Na2O) content of low sodium white fused alumina is reduced to less than 0.1%, improving the white fused alumina melting point, density, bulk density, modulus of rupture(MOR), compressive strength, chemical stability, and hardness.
Our factory was established in 1999. It covers the area of 20 years. With updated new equipment, our factory can produce White Fused Alumina 15,000 tons per year, It is one of the high-grade abrasive grains production bases in China. Our white fused alumina Na2O content about 0.1-0.2%.
