TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS
The white corundum is made of industrial alumina powder, which is melted in the arc at a temperature above 2000 ° c and then cooled.
1. Put aluminum oxide powder into the furnace to be dissolved by electricity, spray water, cool, solidify, and break to form white corundum blocks with over 99% alumina content.
2. Then, after the production line of ORK or Barmack, crushing and screening are carried out according to the size required by customers, which are called refractories sand and girt sand.
3. The selected fine powders are screened through the water pressure process, screened, real-time detected by the microscope, dried, and produced into white corundum powder.
4. Each bag shall be packed with 25 kg, each ton shall be packed with a ton bag or pallet, and weighing shall be carried out with a floor scale, and economical transportation mode shall be selected according to customer demand.
