White Fused Alumina is produced by the fusing calcined alumina in electric arc furnaces at a temperature of about 2,000 degrees Celsius. It has high refractoriness and is extremely hard and resistant. According to the final requirements WFA can be produced in Higgins or tilt furnaces. There are WFA types of different purity, we deliver standard refractory and abrasive grade sizes.
